Harvested at optimum ripeness from our hand-tended vineyards in the heart of Marlborough’s Wairau and Awatere valleys. The grapes were gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to maximise fruit purity and varietal character.This Sauvignon Blanc has a charming and complex nose, full of lychee, gooseberry and a some tropical notes. The palate shows good weight and texture imparted by the time on yeast lees. The wine has excellent fruit concentration, revealing a sustained, mouth-watering finish.
