An original recipe created by the French Federation of Aperitif and Chicandier and produced by the Distilleries de Provence (Henri Bardouin).
A thirst-quenching Pastis that reveals aniseed, menthol, lemon, spice and floral notes, with a slightly woody finish. This aperitif is drunk with fresh water (6 to 10 times the volume of Pastis) on the rocks.
