The harvest at Domaine Grand Veneur is done by hand. The bunches are carefully sorted and only the very best grapes are kept. The grapes are transferred to the cellar immediately where they are crushed, de-stemmed and cooled before being placed in vats. Each terroir is harvested and fermented separately. By doing this, the domaine preserves the aromatic identity of each variety, as well as their unique characters and distinctive tastes.
