Dom Pérignon vintage 2010
75 cl - 12.5% - 2010
Dom Pérignon only exists in vintage. Only the best grapes from a single year are chosen. Each vintage is unique and reinterprets the unique character of the seasons. Dom Pérignon only declares a vintage if the year is exceptional. After more than eight years of development in the cellar, the wine reflects the perfect balance of Dom Pérignon, its best promise. It is Dom Pérignon Vintage, the fullness of harmony. On January 1, 2019, Vincent Chaperon was appointed Cellar Master Dom Pérignon, succeeding Richard Geoffroy. A gray and hazy sky dominates the 2008 wine year, so unique in a sunny decade of insolent generosity. At the very moment when the harvest begins, conditions are finally perfect: full sun and sustained north / north-east winds. The maturity is revealed beyond all expectations, in a unique, high-pitched balance. The sanitary condition is impeccable. To the sharp acidity, conciseness and aromatic purity long awaited from the 2008 vintage, Dom Pérignon adds thickness, depth and complexity.
